Moving services may also be governed by a separate written estimate, order for service, bill of lading, service agreement, valuation selection, cancellation policy, or other transaction document. If a transaction document conflicts with these website Terms, the transaction document controls with respect to that service transaction.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Communication (SMS Updates)

1. Program Description: Ken’s Pack & Move uses SMS to send customers important operational updates, moving quotes, appointment reminders, and service notifications related to their move.
2. How to Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the telephone number or short code from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. You may also contact us directly at kenspackandmove1@gmail.com.
4. Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message Frequency and Charges: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your requested services and interactions with us. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
